We would like you to join our Patient Representation Group. We are looking for people of any age, gender or background to attend a regular practice meeting to discuss any changes or ideas you may have for the surgery. 

We would like to be able to contact you occasionally because we are interested in hearing your views about the surgery, how well we are doing and how we may be able to improve the services we offer you – we can only do this with your help.

All communications will be kept to a minimum and will only take up a few moments of your time.
